Passengers in taxi’s, ride-sharing vehicles less likely to buckle up

According to Transport Canada, wearing a seatbelt can reduce the chances of death in a crash by 47 per cent. But a new report shows passengers are less likely to buckle up while in the backseat of a taxi or a ride sharing service like Uber – because they think it’s safe. Ines de La Cuetara reports.
