‘Instant screaming, yelling, and crying’: Witness to fatal hit and run in St. Boniface speaks out

A devastating hit and run in St. Boniface Thursday has left one woman dead and many others reeling in the aftermath. According to witness, Toban Reimer, it appeared the woman in her 60’s was about to get in to her vehicle, when the suspect truck speeding down Marion Street struck and instantly killed her.
