Garrettfest to celebrate a Napanee teen’s life tragicly cut short.

Garrett Mills tragicly died earlier this year. A concert, Garrettfest, will raise funds to create a memorial scholarship in his name. The concert will take place on Sunday August twenty seventh at the Strathcona Paper Centre in Napanee.
