Public health in Kingston is encouraging caution for drug users as there has been an increase in the number of fentanyl overdoses in the past week. They urge users to have a Naloxone kit with them and know how to use it. In addition they strongly reccommend getting proper medical care if they experience an fentanyl overdose.
