Thu, Aug 3: Drug overdose kits will not be allowed at the 2017 Chasing Summer Music Festival. Health officials had asked that naxolone kits be allowed and encouraged in order to reduce the risk of drug overdose, but as Heather Yourex-West reports, festival organizers have said, “No.”
