Tracy Garbutt qualified twice for the Boston Marathon as a blind runner and also competed in the national rowing qualifiers for Beijing 2008. He is speaking on August 3 at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and shared his story with Shannon Cuciz on Global News Morning.
