Thu, Jul 27: A Canadian Tire store closed down today after receiving a phone call threatening the use of fire arms. It happened this afternoon at the East end Canadian Tire on Prince of Wales drive. Police arrived and the store was closed for the remainder of the day. This comes less than 24 hours after a video went viral showing an Indigenous man being accused of stealing and allegedly assaulted at that same store. Sarah Komadina pieces together a series of events that took on a life of their own.
