A financial hurdle has been cleared in the plan to buy the disused CP Rail corridor in the north Okanagan. The two regional districts in the area have gained taxpayer approval to borrow about $4 million to pay their share of the costs. But there are still a few matters to attend to before the land purchase is a done deal.
