Calgary cancer patient asks why smokers are near hospitals if grounds are supposed to be ‘smoke-free’

Mon, Jul 24: Every day, cancer patient Tim Allsopp says he has to walk by smokers to get to his chemotherapy and radiation appointments at Calgary’s Tom Baker Cancer Centre. As Heather Yourex-West explains, even though Alberta Health Services does not allow smoking on its property, it says it can enforce the rules without provincial help.
