New footrest aims to protect cyclists

A footrest is being installed on the corner of Boyer and Bélanger streets in Montreal’s Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie borough to give cyclists some security at traffic lights. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, not everyone is convinced it’ll work.
