The smoke from British Columbia’s wildfires has been oppressive in Kamloops. That’s worrisome because it shows the shifting nature of the winds and how close the fires really are. But there’s good news for the first community that had to be evacuated. As Robin Gill reports, residents of Cache Creek can now go home.
