Gate confrontation for Air Canada frequent flyer

Mon, Jul 17: Is the passenger always right? Roger Melo’s seat was given away when he was allegedly late to the gate, but the situation escalated when he wanted to take a photo of the Air Canada agent’s I.D. tag. This contrasts another recent debacle with Ann Coulter and Delta Airlines, when she took to Twitter to complain about her seat being reassigned. Sean O’Shea reports.
