Police in Longueuil, Quebec are conducting a unique pilot project. An officer is now patrolling the city’s skateparks on a skateboard. Thierry Hinse-Fillion pitched the special assignment to his superiors last year. But as Mike Armstrong explains, even more impressive than the project, is the path the officer took to get there.
