City of Regina releases 300k ladybugs to fight aphids

Thu, Jul 13: It’s a new and innovative way to deal with pests in the city. And who would have thought it: ladybugs. The scarlet insect was the star of Victoria Park this morning. As Christa Dao explains, ladybugs – in the hundreds of thousands – plan to dine out this weekend on the local aphid population.
