Is Ottawa rejecting immigrants based on faulty data?

The federal government is refusing to talk about a Global News investigation into the immigration laws for people with disabilities. The government puts a financial cap on new Canadians who need social assistance to cover their disability needs: $6,600. But as Mike Drolet reports, the dollar amount isn’t supported by any hard evidence.
