An armed suspect was shot to death after attempting to steal a helicopter at Hillsboro Airport in Oregon on Monday. The Director of Public Safety and Security for the Port of Portland Christopher Neal told reporters he was with his family watching airplanes when he saw a man wearing a gray hoodie jump over the fence.
