Toronto Blue Jays beer tosser apologizes, given conditional discharge

Ken Pagan, who pleaded guilty to throwing a can of beer onto the field during an American League wild-card game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Baltimore Orioles, was given a conditional discharge in court today. Pagan faces 12 months of probation, 100 hours of community service and was banned from all Major League Baseball games for one year.
