City says Saint John Clean Safe Drinking Water Project on time and on budget at half-way point

The city of Saint John’s massive Safe Clean Drinking Water Project is about half-way to the finish line. Global’s Andrew Cromwell was among those invited on a tour of the new water treatment site which comprises about half of the project’s 200+ million dollar budget.
