The Mi’kmaq Native Friendship Centre has been a staple on Gottingen Street since the early 1980s. But for the past 15 years, they’ve been searching for a new building to call home. A motion at Wednesday’s regional council meeting means they’re one step closer to doing that. Jennifer Grudic has more.
