The Nova Scotia man wanted in connection with a 2011 murder in Lake Echo is finally back on Canadian soil. Police issued an international arrest warrant for Steven Skinner six years ago. On Saturday, RCMP finally had him extradited back to Canada with Skinner appearing in court on Monday. Jennifer Grudic breaks down how his appearance went.
