New underwater robot will seek to probe inner depth of Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear plant

A Japanese industrial group unveiled on Thursday a swimming robot designed to be used underwater to probe damage from meltdowns that occurred at the Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear plant after the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
