Toronto police issued a warning to the public after a handgun used in a fatal shooting was found in the backyard of a home in north-end Toronto and accidentally fired. The semi-automatic pistol was allegedly used in the fatal shooting of Hamilton man Leonard Pinnock, 33, near Dufferin Street and Bowie Avenue on April 21.
