Neighbours describe chaotic scene in moments following Virginia shooting

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was shot Wednesday at a congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia. Witnesses say several other people were also hit including law enforcement officers and an aide to Scalise. Scalise was reportedly shot in the hip and at least one other aide was also hit in the chest by a gunman with a rifle.
