92-year-old veteran receives Legion of Honour for his WWII service in the D-Day invasion

Fred Turnbull was just 17 years old when he joined the Royal Canadian Navy and began fighting in WWII for the freedom of German-occupied France. At age 92, he’s being honoured for his contributions to France’s freedom by receiving the country’s highest medal.
