Freeland decries ‘exhaustion’ among Western middle class at global trade system

Speaking in the House of Commons Tuesday, Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland described the “exhaustion” many in the Western middle class are feeling at the global free trade system which has resulted in wage stagnation, but says the blame is being put in the wrong place.
