Space dust is found all over Earth

It’s rare for a large meteorite to strike our planet, but few realize that every day, around 10 tonnes of micro meteorites – or specks of space dust – land on Earth. Until recently, that alien material was hard to find, but then along came a Norwegian jazz musician, armed with a broom, a magnet, and lots of patience. Redmond Shannon reports.
