Concerns over design of Highway 17 after firefighters battle blaze on Delta’s Alaska Way

Sun, May 28: Smoke from a fire at a Delta recycling facility could be seen across Metro Vancouver. Now there are concerns about what caught fire. And locals say the design of Highway 17 may have hampered firefighters in trying to put this massive blaze out. Tanya Beja reports.
