Police in Manchester, England carried out more raids in the wake of last week’s terror attack outside an Arianna Grande concert. Thirteen people are now in custody in connection with the bombing. But as Mike Armstrong reports, the latest arrest comes as a British official warned members of the suicide bomber’s terror network could still be at large.
