British Columbians are trying to figure out what happens next with their government. The counting of absentee votes is over, and it changes nothing. The Liberals have 43 seats, the NDP 31 and the Green Party has three seats. No one has a majority, and the Green Party is calling the shots. Keith Baldrey reports.
