While some Okanagan residents dealing with water, some Lumby residents were having to deal with fire. Despite the rainy and even snowy conditions, A wildfire broke out at the height of the windstorm yesterday in the Cooper Mountain area — putting some residents on edge. Kelly Hayes reports
