Bladder dams arrived in West Kelowna

As Okanagan Lake continues to rise, the province has brought in some special equipment in anticipation of more potential flooding. Giant bladder dams are now part of the landscape at three local parks. And as Kelly Hayes reports, the bladders are going to be need as predictions on the lake level continue to climb.
