A major blow to the Vancouver Aquarium. Last night the park board voted in favour of a bylaw that will prevent whales, dolphins and porpoises from being kept in captivity. That ban goes into effect immediately but as Jordan Armstrong reports, the aquarium isn’t ready to give up on the fight.
