Canadian dieticians and chefs team up to support Canada’s food banks

A group of Canada’s top chefs and dietitians have come together to create a cookbook full of nutritious and budget-friendly recipes. It’s all part of a national campaign to support a push by Canada’s food banks to raise nutritional education. Executive Sous Chef of Fairmont Winnipeg, Timothy Palmer, and registered dietitian Madelaine Morish sit down with Global News Morning to talk about their recipe.
