2017 Canada Summer Games Torchbearers: Larry Baillie

All of the torchbearers selected to be part of the Manitoba Hydro Torch Relay have incredible stories, and Larry Baillie is no exception. After suffering a brain injury in 1990, he promised himself that he would run a marathon once he learned how to walk again.
