Who’s Watching Part 2: Sexual predator on probation left to ‘self-report’

What happens to criminal offenders after they leave a probation office in Ontario? Provincial probation officers tell Global News that after an offender walks out of their office they sometimes have “no clue” where they’re living, who they’re with or whether they’re abiding by the rules of their release.
