Only a few days after “Ellen’s Law” was passed in New Brunswick, the RCMP announced that they have concluded their investigation into the death of Ellen Watters. The RCMP won’t be pressing charges. As Jeremy Keefe reports that decision has sparked confusion and anger throughout New Brunswick.
