Trump and Putin talk Syria and North Korea

A not-so-subtle message from the U.S. to North Korea this week — one Pyongyang is calling a military provocation. Two American bombers flew over the Korean Peninsula Monday as part of joint operations with the South Korean and Japanese air forces. As Mike Armstrong explains, this fly over comes just as the U.S. military announced its controversial anti-missile system in South Korea is now operational.
