Canadian Justice Ministers met near Ottawa today to address the issue of court delays. In some cases, accused murders have been let go because their trials took too long. It comes after the Supreme Court of Canada ruled there should be time limits for cases getting to trial. But as Mike Le Couteur reports, ministers have identified the problems – but are short on solutions.
