Forest NB says in a matter of months smaller sawmills in New Brunswick will have to make some tough decisions following the implementation of an almost 20 per cent duty on softwood lumber exports to the U.S. As Global’s Andrew Cromwell reports there is still optimism that an agreement can be reached and financial disaster avoided.
