Marijuana dispensaries are illegal: City of Kelowna

The City of Kelowna is sending a message to marijuana dispensaries — respect the law of the land or face the consequences. The city has amended its zoning by-law, re-affirming that selling marijuana through retail storefronts is illegal. But some dispensaries say the bylaw is only causing more confusion and as Kelly Hayes reports, they say they’re not going anywhere.
