Thu, Apr 20: A tanning salon owner who expected a five-year deposit to Toronto Hydro to be returned this year was shocked to discover the deposit is now being held for seven years. Mary Stantis paid a $4,000 deposit in 2012 that she was told would be returned after five years. Sean O’Shea reports.
