Trudeau thinks a border tax would be problematic

Justin Trudeau, the prime minister of Canada, said President Donald Trump made a promise to the American people who felt like they “weren’t part of the economic success” of their country, but doesn’t think killing jobs by “thickening borders” is something Trump is interested in.
