Edmonton votes to transfer drainage assets to EPCOR

Edmonton city council voted to transfer control of the city’s drainage infrastructure to EPCOR. As Vinesh Pratap reports, more than $1 billion in taxpayer-owned assets will soon be transferred to EPCOR.
