Will Canada impose tougher sanctions on Russia?

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau now says Syria President Bashar al-Assad needs to go. Trudeau also holds Russia partly responsible for last week’s chemical attack in Syria. But critics charge it took Trudeau too long to come to those conclusions, and they’re demanding he explain what’s next. Vassy Kapelos reports.
