B.C. Liberals promise to cap bridge tolls

Sun, Apr 9: There are only two days left until the official start of the provincial election campaign. Today, the BC Liberals tried to win the vote of hundreds of thousands Lower Mainland motorists by promising to cap the amount drivers will pay every year on tolls at four crossings.
