Police in Sweden say the man in custody is the driver who plowed through a busy shopping district Friday killing four people. They say the terrorist attack was carried out by a 39-year old man from Uzbekistan. Sweden’s Prime Minister has declared a national day of mourning and insisted his country remain an open society despite calls to limit immigration. Mike Le Couteur explains.
