Industrial chemical fire destroys plastic bag manufacturer in Anjou

A fire started at 3:45 AM Tuesday morning after solvents’ chemical reaction ignited flames. The Faspac plastic bag manufacturer on Jules Léger Street was destroyed in the blaze. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
