Regina Police Service 125 Years

The Regina Police Service is celebrating its 125th birthday, recognizing the massive changes it has undergone since James Williams became Regina’s first lawman back in 1892. However, much of the service’s early history would have been lost had it not been for the preservation and archive work of a retired officer. Blake Lough reports.
