The Governor of Georgia has issued a state of emergency for Atlanta’s Fulton County after a massive fire and highway collapse during rush hour yesterday afternoon. No one was injured in the collapse, but as Hena Daniels reports the interstate shutdown will cause havoc in Atlanta for weeks to come.
