Wed, Mar 29: On March 1, the City of Toronto accidentally billed an extra $87 million to 4,400 taxpayers who participate in its pre-authorized payment plan. As Sean O’Shea reports, the mistake was corrected but now some of those customers are getting service charges from their banks.
